Now the seller says that the postage should not be included through them, but through Ebay as they were not aware of this detail, I furthermore directed to initiate return the items. We contacted eBay on your behalf and they stated per the listing postage was included and that you should contact them and until they hear from you there was nothing they could do. But as we have been in communication with you getting in touch with them has been more of a headache than it should have been. Hoping they get back with you soon!
