The shipping foam that supported the condenser was intact, and there was no visible product damage. Then it was passed onto another courier(dragonfly) which driver was uncooperative when asked where my item was. Couldn't tell me where it was or when it would be delivered then hung up on me. (Last name Singh) explains everything. If sent by fed ex, should be delivered by fed ex.
