I requested the mats pictured be sent to me. Apparently the person who packaged the mats didn't see the message and sent one of the other mats. I sent a message and received a full refund including shipping and tax. I will reorder as the mat quality was good. Waiting to hear from the seller as I sent a message in the return box.
