They asked me to ship it back to them and said they would exchange it. I shipped it the same day, they received it 2 business days later. I had to follow up with THEM 10 days after it arrived back to inquire about my replacement. They said they would send tracking once the replacement shipped - never did. Received the replacement a few days later and....guess what? Same junk!
