Communication was clear and focused on reaching a fair solution. In the end, we were able to come to a very good agreement, which shows they truly care about their customers. Passed Apple Diagnostics. Only thing of note was battery cycles were 46, however battery health according to CoconutBattery is above 96% which I consider basically new. Came with OEM charger as well which is a plus. 2 day shipping speed as well. ++rep
