I now know the meaning of slow boat to China; it took forever to bed delivered. They were delivered within the estimated time of delivered but I've ordered items from China that actually came ahead of the delivery date. Maybe it would be better to change how items are delivered. On another note, I would order the collars again and I recommend purchasing items from the selTraining Martingale Big Dog Collar Customized Metal Buckle Name Engrave No Choke (n°156201076089)

I contacted the seller, they responded to me immediately & they sent me a new set of dog ID tags which were engraved perfectly. I am very happy with my ID tags which are beautiful & with the customer service.
