The place has filled with so much 'stuffs'. I talked to the manager, and she believed it could be lost in some unknown ways. So, the chain is as strong as its 'weakest link', and this is such a case.

They screwed up and shipped my purchase to someone else and now will not respond to my requests for a refund. AS THEY HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE WITH ANOTHER BUYER I WOULD SUGGEST TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
