Upon testing the unit I identified a fault with the 100 ohm decade. Internal inspection revealed that there was a fried resistor on that decade switch. I’m keeping the unit because this is a minor issue and easy to fix. I removed one star because the description stated that it had been tested for key function and passed, this obviously wasn’t true.
