I waited four weeks to get this book, and never received a shipping confirmation or shipping date. After I went in and read other reviews, I saw that this is a common problem with the seller. He is clearly getting items from overseas and reselling them with no idea how long it will actually take to ship the item. After contacting eBay I was refunded by the seller.
