Asked them to refund me $20 and I’ll pay the rest, which should be another $20 including shipping . Seller refused. Winch is useless and so is the seller. Second of all, even though the item was described properly, I didn't refuse to refund; you just stopped responding in mid-negotiations. And now left a negative review.
