The day she received the boots back she reshipped them immediately to a different address. They were packaged well. They’re exactly as described and they were priced very reasonably. They were shipped in a timely manner. The only issue was that they were described as women's shoes, and they actually were men's shoes. While they didn't fit me, they fit my husband perfectly.
