The seller responded almost immediately saying that I had to wait to get it before returning it because the item had been sent. However, I got what was advertised and Jakeds Card Corner communicated very promptly with me so I'll keep it even though I can't use it. I don't want such an awesome seller to have to foot the bill for returns because I didn't read the item description thoroughly enough. :)
