However, the seller responded quickly, apologised and refunded. It was disappointing and time wasting. Despite this, it is these types of bad experiences where you learn if a seller is actually good or bad. This seller has demonstrated that they are good. I wish it was a better experience but I am leaving positive feedback as it is clear that they acted in good faith.

- *****- Évaluations laissées par l'acheteur.6 derniers moisAchat vérifiéI purchased this item a new differential for BMW X3, I was cautiously optermistic, it arrived a few days later than was expected, but it was new and in excellent condition, although it should have been shipped in a wooden box not a cardboard one that looked extremely tired, saying that it was packaged with heaps of foam/ rubber packing that kept it safe. I thank the seller for their good communication throughout the purchase! AAAAAAAA++++++++
