So the threads are screwed and the bolts can not be tightened all the way. No matter how much I try to clean them out, still can not get them right. Had to shear the end off the bolts, and thread lock them. I know these things are remans, but the least you can do is clean it, not just spray paint over filth, but it does work.

We installed it and it worked. Due to the age, I couldn't return it. It does its job, but it doesn't look like the description.
