It is too flat and the depth measurement is not provided in the listing. I contacted the seller and heard absolutely NOTHING back. Literally crickets! This was 5 days ago. I asked the seller to at least provide the correct depth measurement for future customers, but it still has not been updated. This mold is for flat candy bars only and should be clearly stated. Over 200 of this mold have sold on eBay, and this is the first complaint. We sell 5000 of this mold each year to a craft soap company that teaches soap making. It may not have suited this buyer, but it has worked for a great many other buyers. Due to the tone and demands of the buyer's message, we choose not to engage. There was no tone in my initial message. There is a distinct tone in this justified feedback because your customer service skills are non-existent. You ignore customers! There is no way that this is the first complaint. This is the only visible one because I did not return this skinny mold. Furthermore, you STILL have not updated the measurements in this listing to include depth. BUYER BEWARE- cannot be used for soap!
