This has sadly become necessary because of dishonest / abusive buyers. A real problem that ebay does nothing about. The candles were absolutely NOT broken when they were shipped. Had this buyer simply contacted us & sent pics of the "broken" candles, we would have been more than happy to work with him. Our feedback speaks for itself. SELLERS BEWARE!
