While the set was technically complete, there were 8 pieces that were substituted, 7 of which were right piece but wrong color (dark bluish gray instead of dark gray). the eighth piece was an incorrect head for one of the minifigs. the miscolored pieces will be easy and cheap to replace. most important, all pieces are authentic. This was a set for which I've been looking for quite a while.
