Seller tried to say this was ‘normal’ and that it would straighten when bolted up, and damaged fins would affect its efficiency… none of which is true or correct. The condenser did hold pressure and was reluctantly installed at the customers request. I asked if we could discuss a partial refund for the damage and was told no.
