It even sounds different from the other ones I have had when I turn it on. I bought the saw from Europe, and paid a lot tax for it, but I believe it is still a great buy. I have not started doing a lot of cutting yet, but Makita will not disappoint me. DAC's packaging is meticulous, and it survived the rough customs inspection with everything intact. I recommend this saw without reservation.

Looked like a toy but then I needed something small to tension a cable and it worked like a champ. Small but mighty and very easy to handle. Liked it so much that I wanted one for my work but the smaller sizes weren't sold in the US. Took a chance and purchased this from an international seller and the experience was absolutely positive. No complains at all. Thank you!
