Everytime an excuse. The 1st one was that the first shipment came back damaged and had to resend. The 2nd time it was late so they included extras. This time I waited nearly 3 weeks and nothing. I received a refund. I needed those labels.It caused me lots of problems with my buyers by not having them. I doubt that they have the product to back up the order.
