The little cardboard DVD cases were clearly used. Worse, the serial number is invalid. Then, after the installation and unsuccessful attempt to enter the serial number, my computer started acting very strange. I ended up having to do a complete system reset. MASSIVE waste of time. Worse, the seller hasn't responded to my requests for a refund. Will have to go through my bank and/or eBay -- yet another waste of time.

Printed matter within DVD/CD case was cobbled together from original, with OEM components missing, perhaps had been cut up or absent may be a better description. The DVD/CD's upon arrival were not secured within plastic containment packaging, so had moved around in transit and thus scratched. The media has not been installed as yet, so as to confirm its ability to operate, this to confirm the viability of the transaction. Watch this space.

The value is extraordinary because this software, given the proper platform (computer) does wonders. The packaging was very good -- it was the original retail package and it looked factory fresh. The shipping was quick and the product was well protected.

To my surprise, the item is in a very well protected parcel of a carboard box with bubble wraps. I am looking forward to purchase any interesting item from the seller in the future.
