When I reached out to resolve the issue, the seller responded with hostility, refused to provide a return label, and even threatened to open a case against me. Their tone and attitude were completely unnecessary and uncalled for. I contacted eBay who, after reviewing the situation, issued the return label, and I received a full refund.
