After some arguing ,the seller did eventually sent me the refund shipping labels. The whole situation made me feel icky and gross so I donated the units to the charity store place. I never checked if the units functioned properly. i would never buy from this entity again

It seems like these unrepairable consoles were put together using faulty junk parts from different unrepairable units to sell to an unsuspecting buyer. The seller is deceptive and dishonest.
