They preemptively sent me a message about USPS tracking and how it may be inaccurate, come to find out later the ESUS label was never scanned and I never received my item. They then tried to lie to me about eBays policy for buyers, and didn't understand that having items not scanned is not acceptable by eBay or USPS. I should receive my refund soon but just avoid this seller and the headache. Never had this issue with other sellers before
