The DVD was very well packaged and stabilized to protect it in transit. I will say that the DVD is probably in "acceptable" shape rather than "good" shape, so I thought it was a little pricey considering its condition. I thought I was getting a DVD in somewhat better shape, but honestly, it's a very minor detail. The disc is usable, which is what's important. I'm amazed I found this DVD at all because it's so rare. We clearly stated that the disc is "very scratched," that the case is "very scuffed," and the artwork is discolored. This time, I gave positive feedback with slight criticism and received a defensive response. I simply gave an honest critique as a former seller of Firm DVDs myself. Regardless, I reconsidered my feedback and asked if I could delete it, but received no reply. Based on this interaction after I spent over $200 at this shop (with zero issues on my end), I have removed all prospective purchases from my watchlist and will shop elsewhere.
