3. Orders and Payments
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payment must be completed before an order is shipped.
- We accept the following payment methods in the UK:

- PayPal Express Checkout
- Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay (Accelerated checkout options)
- In cases of suspected fraud or security concerns, we reserve the right to cancel orders.

4. Pre-Orders and Limited Edition Items
- Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Estimated release dates are subject to change and are determined by the manufacturer or distributor.
- If a pre-order item is delayed, we will update customers via email.
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, unless otherwise stated. Please reach out via our Contact Form with your order number & details. We will do our best to assist.
- Limited edition items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee stock availability beyond confirmed purchases.
- If a manufacturer reduces our allocated stock for a pre-order, affected customers will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship within the UK and internationally via our eBay store.
- Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier services.
- We use trusted couriers to deliver your order. While delays are rare, if your package is significantly delayed or goes missing in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders.

6. Returns and Refunds
- We do not accept returns for unwanted items unless your purchase qualifies under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (e.g. distance selling rules).
- If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to reject it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act.
- If your return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the issue is seller-related.
- If you re returning an unwanted, unopened item under distance selling rights, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is your responsibility, and the item must be returned in its original, sealed condition.
- Refunds for approved returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
