I contacted the seller they where very uncoopertive and wanted me to spend money to have a one of their tech persons look at it!

When you report an issue they will tell you to wait for a replacement to buy time then later tell you to return the item after waiting for a week or 2. Complete waste of time. PCs older but OS upgraded. Doesn't worth the price and time. Buyers beware!! Don't BUY from seller.
