They were great and very accommodating. It does seem, though, that it is difficult to package the Sparkling Apple Juice and have it ship unscathed. I've ordered from two other companies in the past and had as many as all the bottles broken. At least this seller is great about helping the customer. I was overall pleased with my purchase and my granddaughter was thrilled to get it.

Not what is pictured. Description written vaguely enough to allow seller to avoid responsibility for misrepresenting what they are selling. Lesson learned. Would not buy from this seller again.

I am a regular customer, have bought this item many times in the past. I ordered it on July 15, was given a tracking number, but that’s where it ends. Never received any notifications of when it may be delivered. If you could just check on this order and let me know when it might be delivered I would be much obliged. Thank you for your time.
