After going through the Ebay process I received a full refund. Thank you, not the sellers fault.

I contacted the seller to say I didn't require the square plate, and was only sent the 2 oblong ones as stated. Good quality. Packaging wasn't sealed (glue come unstuck along one edge, but Royal mail had put elastic bands around to keep contents in place.
