The is communication is horrendous takes forever to even get a response, and to top it off they give you snarky response for simply trying to figure out the status of your order. Finally the order never shipped after literally a week of being purchased and paid for, which is why I tried to check the status of it. I WOULD NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!!!

Is this the sellers fault? No, absolutely not. I don't blame the seller for the item getting lost during transit. Why the neutral feedback? Because I reached out to the seller on THREE seperate occasions over the course of 2.5 weeks, asking for information, updates or an inquiry. After being ignored 3 times, I filed an INR claim, which was also ignored. eBay stepped in. Zero Communication.
