" I replied that I do not plan to buy more of the product and would like to have a new coaster to replace the broken piece. I have not heard back from the seller. The package was fully wrapped with layers of brown tape all over the box.

Out of 10 pairs, I am going to have 1 pair that is blue, and they aren't brilliant blue nor do they match in color. All of the remaining pairs are green and gold labs, 1 has a 'slice' of blue on it. My return window closed on the same day the product arrived. The product I received isn't going to do me any good at all.
