You didnt receive the watch. We purchased the watch ourselves as authentic and therefore listed it. We would have to inpsect the watch to truly decipher whether the dial has been refinished or not. The watch hasnt been in your hands, only a third party verification. To say this is a fraud attempt is slanderous and not fair to say.
