I would honestly rate neutral, but I don't want to come back in 7 days to do that. The bummer is that a bunch of the figs broke in transit, so unfortunately I have to glue figures together from more pieces than they originally were. I just wish it was packed better with some foam to stabilize the game box or something so the figs didn't get jostled as much as they did, or more packing inside the box itself.
