This is a shop computer for me so I am not the most experienced with windows so it took me a bit to get it set up. I had a couple questions and the seller got back to me very quickly! They were most helpful and it works perfectly! I really feel like I got a brand new computer for a screaming deal! When I need another one I will absolutely use this seller again.

The OS operates correctly, and setup easily. The battery reports good condition and charged up to full in little time. The appearance is more up to date than my 8460p it replaces and has Bluetooth connectivity now as well so the value is far superior to sifting through the new PCs with bloat-ware at office stores for five to ten times the cost. I was sent an upgraded i7 unit for free, which was nice.
