    good item, good price and fast delivery ,recieved a dell ,so much faster than my old steam powered one,the wireless usb didnt work very well ,had to use my own,but can turn it on now and use instead of switching on going for a half hour walk while it warms up. Was glad it had a dvd drive as well .very clean inside and out ,not sure about the norton ,didnt really want the gamer version and said trial period was over anyway so uninstalled it and used my own ,would recommend ,and good seller

    Not impressed with FED EX, did not knock on the dooreven though I was in, and dumped the parcel on the ground outside the front door in full view of everyone and just before the rain. If I had not gone out to retrieve my wheelie bin who knows what. Worse than Evri. other than that everything ok
