  I opened the item 2 hours after it was delivered and it had a rattling noise on the inside. I immediately reached out to the seller. No response. I reached out a second time two days later, no response. I took advantage of the return policy. No response. Thankfully eBay‘s policy is to refund the seller in 48 hours if there is no response so Ebay has given a refund. I am not sure why this seller has 100% rating.

  The part is supposed to rattle, that's the part that senses the tip over. The buyer receive d a full refund AND kept the part.

  Part was as advertised and in excellent condition. Part was initially picked up by the wrong carrier by accident which delayed receiving it. Dealt with the seller directly about the issue and he was very good and easy to deal with. Thank you.
