    Item arrived in even better condition than described! Seller generously included a charger, even though the listing said it wouldn’t. Packaging was perfect and shipping was fast. Fair pricing and easy to negotiate with. I would absolutely buy from this seller again. highly recommended!

    Packed well and received on time. Had a miscommunication on the model i was receiving when I wanted to make sure it was the correct one . Seller claimed it was a different model than the one pictured but then went on to explain and described the model in the pictures which was confusing and would not respond to further questions . But I did receive item as pictured

    I ordered 6 of these which arrived on time. They were very well packed in a sturdy box. 5 of the units work as if new, but one turned out bad, contacted seller and a replacement unit was shipped the next day. So, kudos for great customer service.. John

    The 2019 Macbook Pro A2141 was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. It was exactly as described by the seller, and has been working fine since installing a Time Machine backup from my previous (dead) computer. In fact I'm using it now to leave this feedback. I also had a question about a similar item from the same seller; it was answered promptly. I ended up not buying that item (and this one instead) as it had sold already. I would definitely do business with this seller again.

    Great seller and highly recommended. Seller forgot to include the rack ears in the original shipment of the router and quickly resolved the issue and shipped them out promptly. Condition and quality of the item was spectacular and it was packaged with the utmost care. Would definitely buy from this seller again in the future!
