  I had a message to say they had sold out of this colour bag. They offered another colour or a refund. I asked for a refund and they replied immediately to say they would arrange it. It appeared in my bank account very quickly. Excellent customer service. Would definitely order from them again.

  Ordered item, seller stated item was sent , however despite waiting weeks for my delivery , items did not arrive , tried multiple times to communicate with the seller and just got messed around and issue was not resolved, in the end had to get eBay to step in to get a refund, would not recommend and will never use again. Buyers beware..
