  I did not receive the item from the post office, and while I understand that isnt the sellers fault, they were completely unhelpful throughout the process of trying to replace my order. They would only respond to my messages with "delivered" and gave me no options or solutions for fixing the problem.

  we sent lots of helpful messages that weren't "delivered" the buyer refused to read them and work with their post office, doorman, landlord, ECT.... the package is delivered per the post office. I cannot do anything once its "delivered" but the buyer can work with the post office, landlord, doorman to sort it out, and they refuse to do so.
