    Item received and as described. Was shipped in an oblong shaped box which was a thoughtful gesture, when a standard mylar mailer bag would have sufficed. Nonetheless I am pleased at the fact that the seller went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you for the shirt and tie. It will suit me just fine for an upcoming event.

    Super nice seller and was always available to answer my questions. He packed this printer like a professional glass packer. My husband was really impressed as he shipped antique glass all over the world. The printer is awesome and so far works perfectly. It is exactly what I was hoping for.
