  Everything was handled great. We originally ordered the wrong unit and instead or letting us figure that out later they contacted us and made sure we had the correct piece for our specific vehicle.

  So far, we have not been successful getting the car to accept the new computer. Going to have the car towed to the local Lincoln dealer for diagnosis. More to follow.

  I guess after they build it they ship it I got it and put it in the way it said now I'm just hoping everything comes together.

  Took a week to ship it, and then didn't delete the anti-theft. I had to complain about the delay to get action and had to request a partial refund for the anti-theft. Sorry I used these guys. Pick someone else!
