We only accept returns that are unworn and still in the original packaging.
 
Please email us to let us know that you wish to return an item, so that we know to expect the item back.
 
We will not refund the original and return postage costs. We will only refund the value of the item
 
Returns Policy If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. <br> Returns made after 14 days from the date of receiving the item a return will not be accepted. The item must be returned unworn in its original condition as new. (We reserve the right to return any goods back to the sender if not in the new and perfect condition they were sent.) Please Note:
• If you require a refund for your item you must send us a return request via the ebay returns system. We will be unable to process a refund until this request has been sent to us.
• We will not refund the original and return postage costs. We will only refund the value of the item
• For exchanges, we require a delivery fee of £2.99 to UK Mainland inorder to send the exchanged item back to you
• The item must be returned unworn in its original condition as new.(We reserve the right to return any goods back to the sender if not in the new and perfect condition they were sent)
• We only refund postage for Faulty item only if they are bought from eBay Return system or we only issue PrePaid return label. Any means of postage used by buyer on their convenience would not be refunded. We recommend you obtain proof of postage from the post office when returning your item; as this will give to peace of mind. The safe return of the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any items not received at our warehouse will not be refunded.
We will refund in full only if the item is are deemed to be incorrect or faulty. If this is the case, the items will be inspected upon arrival at the warehouse, and a full refund will be issued if the item is deemed not as described or faulty.
