Advice: It is advisable to check with neighbours is case the item has been accepted by them. In alot of cases the postman fails to leave you a 'sorry you were out' card and the item is just stored in the holding office unknown to the recipient. So it is worth checking at your local sorting office to see if they are holding the item for you. If your item is returned to us due to non receipt then we will charge an additional postage fee to resend it.
Item not received claim must be made within 6 weeks of purchase.
