PRICES

The prices within this website ON THE DATE YOU ARE VIEWING IT AT THE TIME supersede all previous price lists.

The laws of England shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.

DELIVERY and POSTAGE & PACKAGING CHARGES

All postage and Packaging is calculated based on weight per parcel, it is the users responsibility to ensure they select the correct shipping area and method, if an incorrect selection is made the order may be void.

If you would like a postage and packaging cost for areas not covered or an alternative delivery method please email us.

DELIVERY TIMES

Subject to materials availability, production load and order of receipt of purchases we endeavour to dispatch most orders as quickly as possible.

Bespoke items requiring extra work or alteration may take longer as they are individually made.

DUTIES, COSTS AND TAXES

Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of Cut-N-Crafts products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

RETURNS

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please photograph this damage and the package it is in, contact us within 10 days and we will arrange for a complete refund or a replacement according to your own wishes. We reserve the right to request the return incorrectly supplied items at our cost.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 days to return the goods AT YOUR COST in a merchantable condition, undamaged, should you not wish to keep them whereby upon receipt we will issue a refund.

All claims for non-delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us dispatching your order.

The goods must be returned to Cut-N-Crafts within 10 days in the condition they were received at YOUR expense.

Cut-N-Crafts is not liable for any consequential loss due to late, incorrect address supply, missing items caused by delivery company failures, or faulty delivery.

Acceptance of these Terms will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any order.
