SHIPPING CHARGES - for buyers from outside of the United Kingdom, it may be an idea to check with us for a definite cost BEFORE buying. In particular, territories which are classed as "non-mainland" will usually have a much larger shipping cost (Cyprus, Malta, Canary Islands and so on) if the item weighs more than 2Kg.
RETURNS - For buyers in the United Kingdom, most of our items are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations which gives you 30 working days to return items from the day you recieve them. All we ask is that you contact us before returning anything, return the item in its original packaging and in good condition and pay the return shipping costs.
There are some items which are not covered by the DSR's - they include Music and DVD items, Software and items that come with Software and custom made items.
