LOSS:
We ask you to first check at your local sorting office. A pack will not be considered lost until the following period has elapsed:
14 days for the UK
21 days for other countries within Europe
28 days for all other countries.
We reserve the right to vary these periods should our service be disrupted by force majeure, such as strike action.
INCORRECT PRODUCT:

RETURNS POLICY:
You may cancel your order by letting us know within 7 days of receiving the goods. The pack to be returned should reach Camrosa within 14 days of such notice from the UK, and 21 days from elsewhere, unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund of its cost, not including the return postage. We recommend that you get proof of posting.
CUSTOMS DUTIES:
We shall not be liable for any duties imposed by overseas customs, and shall have no liability in respect of goods rejected by customs, but will try to provide the information they may require.

We do not actively use cookies on our website other than those required by our service provider, Bubblegate (details of the Bubblegate cookie policy can be found in their Privacy Policy). These cookies are for security, performance and functionality and while Bubblegate may track visitor behaviour, we do not use any of that data for any form of advertising.
