They called me as soon as possible for an update. I received the repaired part sooner than expected. The appearance and condition I received it in was more than I expected. It was packaged to protect the part. If I am ever in need of this type of repairs for another vehicle. Iwas surprised to see the lifetime warranty that was placed on their repair. ECU1 Repair has a customer for life.
- h***8 (31)- Évaluations laissées par l'acheteur.Dernier moisAchat vérifiéThey kept my ECM for over 2 weeks, after i contacted them finally they called me back saying its NOT repairable with NO further info, well and i just received my item back after 3 weeks, with NO report or NOTE at least, in general its a waste of time and money, bad service and really bad communication. They didn’t even open the ECM to begin with, and to be honest i dont think they even touched it. Don’t use this service. There was also a note sent to you in the box with the part with that information as well. All parts are opened as the very first part of testing is a visual inspection of the circuit board. We do close the module back up before sending it back to you, which I guess is surprising to you. If you are going to leave negative feedback at least make it truthful and not made up nonsense.
