Had to get eBay involved the process has taken 3 months and counting. Seller also tried to give me the "run around" saying they couldn't afford to send a return label. I gave her a week to get her money and then was met with another excuse. Only other thing to mention was the "extra" lid for the coffee pot was a glass ash tray. Buyer beware!
