Prior to purchase the seller said they would combine shipping, he never did and would not refund one of the two shipping cost. When I received my two cards, one was the wrong and I asked for a refund the seller said to go thru eBay and I did. I shipped both correct cards in one envelope, as per the order. I accept free returns and promptly provided a return label when requested. Buyer chose not to return the items and escalated to eBay. eBay reviewed the case, refunded the buyer, and confirmed I was not at fault. I follow all eBay policies and strive for fair, honest transactions.
