Very impressed with the service I’ve had from jbs4x4 I was in desperate need of some parts that I couldn’t quickly obtain locally. I messaged jbs4x4 on Friday night and promptly received friendly and helpful responses to my questions. My main concern was postage time. I was told that parts usually take around 5 days. I was very happy today (Thursday) to have the parts deliver to my door, as described and actually better condition than I thought they’d be. Very happy.

They are as described and priced around average for the items. Although they were posted on Thursday they did not arrive until Tuesday afternoon even though they were in the local delivery depot by 1am Saturday. Royal Mail needs to do better than this, the seller paid for 48 hours delivery and it took 5 days. Overall, I’m happy with the items but not so with the delivery. Obviously delivery is out of the seller’s hands.
